Valley Operators is a small Contract Operations firm specializing in helping small to medium sized communities, developments, districts, and municipalities comply with the complex regulatory requirements associated with drinking water and wastewater treatment facilities. In 2010, Valley Operators was founded by Casey Wichert and his wife Lynne. Casey has been a water and wastewater professional in the San Francisco Bay area and San Joaquin Valley since the mid 1990’s.

- Operations Managers of municipalities with annual water and wastewater enterprise funds in excess of $9 million.
- Supervisors, Lead Workers, and Operators at various private and public facilities ranging in size from several thousand gallons per day to over 50 million gallons per day.
- Operational consulting and turn-around plans.
- CTO/CDO of small Community Water systems.
